When will my order ship?
Our normal order processing days are Monday through Friday 9am-5pm. Orders will not be processed on major holidays or weekends as we’ve reserved that time for our families. Orders are processed 1-3 days after they are placed. This timeline is an estimate only and not guaranteed. During a launch week or special promotions, it may take additional days for your order to process before being shipped due to extremely high volume. Once it ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
If you place an expedited order please be aware that while we do our best to ship ASAP, orders are processed in the order in which they were received during normal shipping hours. Once processed, expedited USPS, UPS and FedEx delivery commitments will apply.
Can I exchange my item?
If you need a different size or color, we will happily exchange the item for you according to availability. All items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging, without any damages, including original tags and returned for an exchange within 30 days of purchase. Items must be free of stains, odors, animal hair. Any item not received in original condition will not be eligible for an exchange. All exchanges must be the same price as the original purchase. Please include a note with your return detailing the request with your contact information. Sale items are not eligible for an exchange.
What is your return policy?
We recommend trying on all items in your order before washing to ensure they fit. We cannot accept returns or refund after items have been washed or worn and we enforce this policy upon inspection of all returned items.
To receive a refund all items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging, without any damages, including original tags and returned within 30 days of receipt of the order. No refunds or exchanges are allowed outside of this window. Items must be free of stains, odors, animal hair. Any item not received in original condition will be rejected
Please include your original order information & instructions with your return. Any packages returned without original order information & instructions will incur delays in refund processing.
Sale items are considered FINAL SALE upon payment and are not eligible for cancellation, return, refund or exchange. Orders with special discount codes applied, may not be eligible for return
If you purchased from a third party retailer i.e., Amazon, BuyBuy Baby or a local boutique, please contact the retailer for further assistance. We cannot accept returns or exchanges of any günamüna merchandise not purchased directly from günamüna.com.

What if I return an item that is not eligible for a return or exchange?
If you return an item that does not adhere to our return policy, we will contact you via email for the postage fee to rebound the item back to you. If we do not receive a reply with payment we will discard the item after 30 days
How will I be refunded?
Returns will be refunded to original method of payment. We normally process returns within 1 week of receiving the package. Returns make take up to 14 days to process during high volume periods, and we especially appreciate your patience during these busy times. Please keep tracking info of your returned package.
What if my item is defective?
If an item arrives to you defective, please accept our sincere apology, notify us within 7 days of receiving your package for a replacement and we will happily send you a complimentary return label.
günamüna guarantees all products to be free of manufacturer defects for 3 months from the purchase date. This guarantee applies to the original purchaser only and does not include normal wear and tear, dye fading, pilling, or damage to the material from outside forces. If your item becomes defective within 3 months, we will gladly replace the item with the same item or a similar item if that item is sold out. You must email a picture of the defect, the inside size label and your order receipt to email@example.com.
Sometimes we might ask you to send back your defective product for inspection. Please note that inspection does not guarantee a replacement or refund. Shipping cost for the defective item is subject to inspection. If the item is deemed a quality issue we will refund your shipping cost. If the item is a care issue and not a quality issue the shipping cost will be shouldered by the customer.
Can I change my order before it’s shipped?
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been submitted. However, unwanted items can be returned for a refund once received if they are eligible under our return policy.
What if I live in another country?
If your product was purchased at günamüna.com we can offer a refund or exchange, as per the policies above. Customer is responsible for all international shipping charges on exchanges. If your product was purchased at any other location in your country, please contact the retailer. Please note, günamüna is not responsible for any purchases made at any retailer outside the USA.
Can I return or exchange a gift?
If you received a gift purchased online at günamüna.com, please follow the steps above and include the name of the person who placed the order, indicating on your packing slip or note that you received the item as a gift. We will be happy to make an exchange, but we cannot issue a refund except to the original purchaser.
What if I have a lost or stolen package?
If you're missing items or shipments, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Please make certain to ship to a secure location as we will not process refunds or re-ship orders once the tracking shows delivery confirmation
For orders showing as delivered that are not present at your residence or show up damaged, we will submit a claim with the carrier on your behalf to search out where it may be. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to resolve the issue with the carrier and get an update from them as often these will deliver a day or two later.
günamüna is not responsible for package deliveries affected by an invalid or old address provided by the customer, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation delays or strikes. We cannot guarantee address update requests made to orders processing and will not be responsible for packages shipped per the order address but under request to edit from the receiver.
