TOG (Thermal Overall Grade) measures how warm a garment is. In baby sleepwear and baby sleep sacks, TOG ratings help parents choose the right warmth level so babies sleep safely and comfortably based on room temperature.

At günamüna, we typically offer 0.5 TOG sleep sacks for warmer summer months, 2.5 TOG sleep sacks for cooler winter temperatures, and 1.0 TOG sleep sacks that work well year-round.
