At günamüna, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we’re sad to hear it but will gladly accept your return within 30 days, except for FINAL SALE items. Please review our full return policies below.
günaSHIP
günaSHIP provides package protection for stolen, lost, or damaged items plus FREE and easy returns.
If you purchased günaSHIP return coverage and package protection at checkout:
- You are eligible for free return shipping with a covered return shipping label.
- You can also submit claims for any shipping complications.
Without günaSHIP coverage, return and exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and will be calculated accordingly.
returns
We recommend trying on all items before washing to ensure they fit properly. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or process refunds for items that have been washed or worn.
To receive a refund:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- All returns must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Free of stains, odors, animal hair, or damage, including original tags
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be processed.
Additional Notes:
- Include your original order information and instructions with your return to avoid delays.
- Processing refunds takes approximately one week upon receipt of the package.
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges.
- Orders with special discount codes may not qualify for returns.
- For purchases from third-party retailers (e.g., Amazon, BuyBuy Baby, or local boutiques), please contact the retailer directly, as we cannot process these returns.
If your returned item does not meet our return policy, we’ll contact you via email for payment to ship the item back to you. If no reply or payment is received within 30 days, the item will be discarded.
If you received a gift purchased from gunamuna.com, follow the steps above and include the name of the person who placed the order. Note on your packing slip or return note that it was a gift. We can process an exchange but are unable to issue refunds except to the original purchaser.
exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we’re happy to exchange the item based on availability. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with the original tags attached.
- Free of stains, odors, animal hair, or damage.
Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase and apply only to items of the same price as the original purchase. Sale items are not eligible for exchanges.
Important:
- Include a copy of your order and a note detailing your request and contact information.
- Items returned without receipts or clear instructions may incur processing delays.
- International orders are not eligible for exchanges.
If your returned item does not meet our exchange policy, we’ll contact you via email for payment to ship the item back to you. If no reply or payment is received within 30 days, the item will be discarded.

refunds
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment. While returns are typically processed within one week of receiving your package, during high-volume periods, it may take up to 14 days. We appreciate your patience.
Tip: Keep the tracking information for your returned package.
defective items + warranty
We sincerely apologize if your item arrives defective. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your package, and we’ll send you a complimentary return label for a replacement.
To file a claim:
- Email a photo of the defect, the inside size label, and your order receipt to hello@gunamuna.com.
- In some cases, we may ask you to return the defective product for inspection.
Please note:
- Inspection does not guarantee a replacement or refund.
- If the defect is deemed a quality issue, we will refund your shipping cost.
- If it is determined to be a care issue, the customer will cover the shipping cost.
Warranty Details:
- We guarantee all products to be free of manufacturer defects for 3 months from the purchase date.
- This applies to the original purchaser only and excludes normal wear and tear, dye fading, pilling, or material damage caused by external factors.

For purchases made on gunamuna.com, we offer refunds or exchanges in line with our policies. However, international customers are responsible for all shipping charges on exchanges.
For items purchased from other retailers in your country, please contact the retailer directly. günamüna is not responsible for purchases made outside the USA.
