TOG (Thermal Overall Grade) measures how warm a garment is. In baby sleepwear, TOG ratings—from 0.5 to 3.5—help parents choose the right level of warmth for safe, comfortable sleep.
Use the TOG guide below to figure out which weight is right for your baby’s sleeping conditions. Remember, these temperatures are for the nursery temperature your baby is sleeping in. Here at günamüna, we typically stock 0.5 TOG for summertime, 2.5 TOG for wintertime, and 1.0 TOG all year round.

Our normal order processing days are Monday through Friday 9am-5pm. Orders will not be processed on major holidays or weekends as we’ve reserved that time for our families. Orders are processed 1-3 business days after they are placed, in the sequence they are received. Expedited orders are noted with the carrier once they are shipped. This timeline is an estimate only and not guaranteed. During a launch or special promotions, it will likely take additional time for your order to process before being shipped due to extremely high volume. Once it ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
If you place an expedited order please be aware that while we do our best to ship ASAP, orders are processed in the order in which they were received during normal shipping hours. Once processed, expedited USPS, UPS and FedEx delivery commitments will apply.
