Once your order is placed, you have a one-hour window to request a cancellation. We’ll always try to help, but because orders move into production quickly, cancellations aren’t guaranteed. Need to make a change? Reach out right away.
Personalized items take a little extra time: please allow up to 14 business days for processing before your order ships. Expedited shipping isn’t available for personalized items. During launches, restocks, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be longer. If your order includes both personalized and non-personalized items, they may ship separately.
Personalization is currently available on select items, including select nap mats and loveys.
Because personalized items are made just for you, all personalized purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. You’ll be asked to confirm this before completing your order, so please double-check all details carefully.

Yes, orders containing both personalized and non-personalized items may be shipped separately. Non-personalized items will ship first, while personalized items will ship once personalization is complete.
