The promo code goes live on July 1 at 7:00 AM ET. Hang tight—it’ll work as soon as the sale begins! It's case sensitive so make sure you are using all CAPITAL letters.

Am I too late to sign up for the promo code?

You can receive the promo code by signing up for emails via the link at the top of the page.

Why am I being charged shipping fees?

Sale items do not qualify for free shipping. Shipping rates will be charged accordingly.

How long will it take to get my order?

Our normal order processing days are Monday through Friday 9am-5pm. Orders will not be processed on major holidays or weekends as we’ve reserved that time for our families. Orders are processed 1-3 business days after they are placed, in the sequence they are received. Expedited orders are noted with the carrier once they are shipped. This timeline is an estimate only and not guaranteed. During a launch or special promotions, it will likely take additional time for your order to process before being shipped due to extremely high volume. Once it ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

If you place an expedited order please be aware that while we do our best to ship ASAP, orders are processed in the order in which they were received during normal shipping hours. Once processed, expedited USPS, UPS and FedEx delivery commitments will apply.
