The Backstory Looking back, it seems obvious, but it took our customers to lead the way, as usual. While our sleep bags were hitting the mark, you pointed out that traditional sleepers weren't cutting it – and you told us you hate snaps and front zippers as much as we do. - Machine dry with like fabrics though some pilling may occur. For best results we suggest air dry.
- Avoid care products that contain harsh chemicals, additives, optical brighteners and bleach.
- Do not wash with abrasive items
- Snip any loose threads
- Zip all garments closed before washing
Our normal order processing days are Monday through Friday 9am-5pm. Orders will not be processed on major holidays or weekends as we’ve reserved that time for our families. Orders are processed 1-3 business days after they are placed, in the sequence they are received. This timeline is an estimate only and not guaranteed. During a launch or special promotions, it might take additional time for your order to process before being shipped due to extremely high volume. Once it ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
If you place an expedited order please be aware that while we do our best to ship ASAP, orders are processed in the sequence which they were received during normal shipping hours.
